Cancellations

4 hour cancellation policy: If there is a need for cancellation please reach out via call/text/email up 4 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Cancellations after that time frame will not be refunded.

Insurance reimbursement/fsa/hsa

Massage: If your insurance or FSA/HSA covers massage, I can provide you with a medical receipt.

Lactation: 1199, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, FSA/HSA, Tricare, UnitedHealth

Doula: 1199, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem Health, Fidelis, HealthFirst, Molina, MVP, NY State Medicaid, Tricare, UnitedHealth

Requirements

I provide all items necessary except the 3-4 pillows needed for prenatal massage

Please make sure the room we are using has enough space to fit the table and additionally has enough space for your therapist to move around the table.
